Journey So Far
The Company has moved into fast trajectory with its broadcasting initiative. The Company went ahead with its premise of being a 360o media house and launched two television channels namely "News24" and "E24" through its subsidiaries in financial year 2007-2008. It has also performed well by running new programmes across different channels and strengthened its presence across India.
Television Software

Kumkum, the continuing Star Parivaar award-winning daily afternoon soap has continued to remain consistently high with the serial enjoying the high viewership. During the year, your Company launched two successfully running daily soaps i.e. Dahhej for 9X and Ek Thi Rajkumari on Zee Next. During the year, Yeh Vaada Raha, a daily soap on ARY Digital, Dubai also completed its series successfully. The Company also launched its programs on Zee Kannada channel namely Yariguntu Yarigilla and Kunioni Bara. Both the programs have generated high viewership.

B.A.G. Films continues to demonstrate its ideated innovations across all the well-linked broadcasters of the country. This widespread presence promises the viewers with more diversity over the years ahead.
Media School

ISOMES, the media school of our Company, was established to provide quality media education to its employees and other outside public in collaboration with Missouri School, U.S.A. Our management is in the process of getting it affiliated to a university recognised by AICTE, so that it can gain the heights as envisaged and serve the purpose it was destined for. Your Board proposes to hand over the responsibility and charge of running and maintaining the school to B.A.G. Films Media Education Society. Our Board feels that this would meet both the targets set for the school viz. development of school and meeting the corporate social responsibility standards.
New media

With technological advancements and growing penetration of mobiles, personal computers, laptops and the internet, segments like animation, internet advertising and gaming are witnessing an unprecedented growth. Television content is becoming interactive with extensive internet usage. The Company has exploited the wireless handheld devices by delivering through different technology-services such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR), automatic speech recognition and short-term messaging service platforms in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
Radio

The Company has launched FM Stations in Hissar, Patiala, Muzaffarpur, Dhule, Karnal, Ranchi, Ahmednagar and Jabalpur via its subsidiary B.A.G Infotainment Limited out of the ten FM stations license obtained by it. Stations are yet to be launched in the city of Shimla and Jalgaon.

The possibilities are endless for the Company as the next phase of expansion is soon expected to be announced for over 90 licenses in 47 cities.

Future plans also include exploring opportunities to become FM radio broadcasters or content providers in international markets at an appropriate time, either directly or through strategic partnerships or inorganic initiatives.
Broadcasting

The Company launched its first Hindi News Channel "News24" via its subsidiary B.A.G. Newsline Network Private Limited and its second Television Channel which is an Entertainment Channel "E24" via its subsidiary B.A.G. Glamour Private Limited. Both the channels have been received well by the audiences. "News 24" has given tough competition to its established rivals over its short span of just six months and is the fastest growing channel among its competitors. “E24”, the one of its kind in bollywood entertainment has created its own genre and has been well received by the Audience.
